Easy Pancakes

SERVES 1 

Preparation Time – 5 mins 

Cooking Time – 8 mins Nutrition per serving: calories  250, fat 2g, carbs 20g, protein 4g, sugar 2g, potassium 45mg 

Ingredients:

3 eggs 140g plain flour 140ml milk 2 tbsp apple sauce 5 greased ramekin dishes 

Method:  

1.Preheat your air fryer to 200ºC 
2.Blend all your Ingredients until smooth 
3.Transfer the batter into the ramekin dishes 
4.Fry for 8 minutes 
5.Serve with any topping you desire
