Sausage in Puff Pastry

Cooking Time – 14 mins 

Nutrition per serving: calories  450, fat 5g, carbs 21g, protein 8g, sugar 2g, potassium 65mg Ingredients: 4 large eggs 1 piece of puff pastry 4 tbsp cheddar cheese, grated 4 slices of ham, chopped 


1.Cut your pastry into four equal pieces 
2.Cook two pieces of the pastry inside the air fryer for 8 minutes at 200C 
3.Make a hole in the middle of the cooked pastry 
4.Add some cheese and ham into the middle, along with one egg 
5.Cook for another 6 minutes 
6.Repeat the process with your remaining ingredients
